Anxiety Counseling
Anxiety can sometimes be the hidden part of our life that most damages our happiness. Common signs of anxiety are:
- Feeling restless, wound-up, or on-edge.
- Being easily fatigued.
- Having difficulty concentrating; mind going blank.
- Being irritable.
- Having muscle tension.
- Difficulty controlling feelings of worry.
- Having sleep problems, such as difficulty falling or staying asleep, restlessness, or unsatisfying sleep.
Anxiety can seem impossible to uproot, but with a little work everyone can learn to cope with anxiety. Coping with something is not to just tolerate it, but rather to deal with something difficult effectively. Sometimes little habit changes is all it takes to have a breakthrough.
